Job description:
Our Client is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager PR Communications & Influencer, an expert brand builder who can navigate and manage complex brand licensing and internal/external relationships. The Senior Manager oversees the day-to day management of our PR and Influencer activities and manages the budget and critical vendor partnerships, including the public relations and influencer agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establishing, managing and executing global communication, PR and influencer strategies (online & offline) for the portfolio of brands
• Act as key communication expert with retailers, distributors, build trust and partner with licensors on all communication activities
• Manage and maintain an active partnership with global/local PR, Influencer agencies, establish KPIs and ensure they are meeting all.
• Accountable for ensuring key stakeholders (both internal and external) are informed, updated and supportive of direction and plans
Press
• Manage day-to-day editorial requests, media relations, and external communications
• Develop a PR international plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics for every brand in the portfolio.
• Forging and maintaining relationships with key editors and beauty influencers and press to improve product coverage and set brands up as go-to products with consumers
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests
• Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results regularly
• Develop PR materials and guidelines
• Drive consistency of brand messaging to press around the globe
Influencer
• Define the global influencer strategy, establish KPIs and local roll-out in close partnership with markets and distributors
• Develop and manage the execution of clear and measurable Influencer plans
• Engage audiences across traditional and new media (bloggers, influencers)
• Identify influence trends and influencers profiles in line with brand DNA
• Develop Influencers materials and guidelines
Events
• Design strategy, create and manage the execution of global Customer and Influencer Events
• Organize and execute product press launches, Influencer and Consumer activities and special events
• Support local teams in event organization and execution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in PR Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 6-10 years of experience in a related field
• Experience working with social engagement tools & platforms
• Experience managing Social Media and Influencer Agencies
• Experience managing multiple budgets
• A proactive self-starter with a can do attitude
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
• Collaborative influencing and leadership skills as evidenced by the ability to
motivate and build consensus and partnerships
